The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Fine Arts at Basra University organized a workshop on job satisfaction ... which included the  study, Dr. Sanaa Kazem Muhammad Hawal presented the factors about job satisfaction, including: environmental conditions, opportunities for advancement and promotion, reduction of burdens, stress, continuous motivation, mutual interest, good relationship with management and financial reward.

  That is, the positive feeling that the individual feels about his work.
