The College of Fine Arts at the University of Basrah witnessed the announcement of the start of the new academic year 2022-2023 for postgraduate students (Masters - PhD) on Sunday 4-9-2022. In the beginning, the lessons included initial definitions of how to deal with the nature of graduate studies. Then the door to questions was opened before entering the first lectures.
