The Department of  Artistic Education opened its achievements in the academic year (2018-2019) with the participation of (9 lecturers) in the ninth qualifying course for teaching methods TC1, which was held at the Continuing Education Hall / Southern Technical University, in which a group of the aforementioned university professors attended (a Prof. Dr. Jaber Hussain Ali, Prof. Dr. Assad Al-Khafaji and M.M. Maher Al-Shamkhani).
 The course lasted for two weeks (14-25 / 10/2018), at a rate of three hours per day, through which the lecturers acquired updated scientific and educational information about the means and methods of updated teaching methods and how to deal with students as well as knowledge of the principles followed for putting the exam questions ... etc.
 The course was concluded with all the lecturers of the Department of Art Education successfully passing that course and excelling and achieving the first place in it, and they were awarded certificates of participation passing the course.
