The teacher participated in the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Tahrir Ali Hussein, as head of the arbitration committee for the annual festival of the Ministry of Higher Education for student activities for plastic arts, which was held at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University
More than 40 governmental and private Iraqi universities participated in the competition to compete for the first three places.
The festival was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Professor Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, and many students of the participating colleges, including students of the College of Arts, University of Basra.
