A master's thesis at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra discussed the effectiveness of reduction and condensation in contemporary Iraqi ceramic mural designs (analytical study).

The thesis presented by the researcher Hajer Aqil Fadel Mirza Abbas included the subject of designs of Iraqi ceramic murals and a center that contributes to achieving aesthetic value according to the criterion of the effectiveness of reduction and condensation oscillating between form and content.

The thesis aims to show the importance of the effectiveness of reduction and condensation, which play a role in the systems of forms and artistic formation within the space of aesthetic perception.

The thesis concluded that the intensification of the aesthetic image in the design of contemporary Iraqi ceramic murals is due to the dual centrality of opposites between surfaces at the technical level of form.
