A delegation from the Husseini holy shrine visited the House of the Holy Quran headed by the director of the Quranic project at universities, jurist Ali Taleb Musa, Faculty of Fine Arts. The delegation was received by the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed.
This visit comes within the framework of enhancing cooperation between the House of the Holy Quran and the faculties of the University of Basra, where they discussed the participation of the Faculty of Fine Arts in the third annual camp.during the meeting, they discussed ways to activate the arts and creativity in Quranic and cultural activities.
A special wing was also awarded to the College of Fine Arts in the camp, reflecting the commitment of the two sides to joint work to highlight the artistic and Quranic aspects in cultural activities.
For his part, the dean stressed the importance of cooperation between educational and Quranic institutions, and pointed out that participation in the camp will provide a distinctive platform for students to highlight their creativity and interaction with the Quranic contents and develop a joint action plan to ensure the success of the college's participation in the camp, which contributes to strengthening the cultural and artistic identity of students and enhances their interaction with the Quranic aspects.
