Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad al-Asadi, president of the University of Basra, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Faculty of Fine Arts – women's affairs unit, in cooperation with the Department of Plastic Arts, organized an art exhibition entitled "Lines Without Borders", in the framework of supporting the creative energies of students and enhancing the role of plastic arts in the academic and cultural scene.
The exhibition aims to highlight the artistic skills of the students of the Department of plastic arts by reviewing their academic works and free art projects, reflecting the level of artistic and technical excellence provided by students in the field of plastic arts.
The exhibition included a collection of paintings executed in black and white technique, along with other works using different materials, under the supervision of teacher Haider Karim duair. The presented works reflected the stylistic and technical diversity of the students, as they were characterized by accurate embodiment of details and new creative visions.
