Under the auspices of the president of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad al-Asadi, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Nasser Samari Jafar, the Faculty of Fine Arts, through the women's affairs unit, in cooperation with the Department of Plastic Arts, organized a seminar honoring efforts and building the future, in the presence of an academic who included a group of college students.
The seminar aimed to shed light on the vital role played by employees in supporting the process of work and production, and their contributions to building society.
The seminar presented by Dr. Afrah Khairallah lafteh and the teacher, sudid Ayed Abdul Ali, stressed the importance of appreciating the efforts of employees and raising awareness of the importance of the service and functional role they play in the academic institution and society in general.
The event witnessed the honoring of a number of employees and employees at the Faculty of Fine Arts, in recognition of their giving and professional commitment, in an initiative aimed at promoting a culture of gratitude and enshrining the principle of mutual respect within the university environment.
