Basra University organizes a seminar on the ethics of administrative work and university work

Under the patronage of the president of the University of Basra, Dr. Mohannad Jawad al-Asadi, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Dr. Nasser Samari Jafar. The women's Affairs Unit at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra organized an awareness seminar entitled "ethics of administrative work and university work in the perspective of law, Islamic Sharia and administrative justice", as part of its programs aimed at consolidating professional and ethical values in the academic work environment.
The seminar aims to spread the culture of professional ethics and promote the concepts of respect for pluralism and intellectual and religious diversity in all its forms, whether in terms of color, race or nationality, in line with the principles of justice and equality in the university community.
The seminar, presented by Assistant Teacher Sana Abdul Latif Khudair, included, in its main focus, the role of the student and the University professor in building an educational environment based on values and ethical principles, stressing that the conscious student is the one who inspires knowledge and culture and translates it into good behavior, while the professor bears a great moral and societal responsibility through his educational impact and his role in establishing mutual trust between the members of the educational institution.
The seminar witnessed a wide positive interaction from the attendees, who praised the importance of these awareness initiatives in promoting awareness of professional and ethical values within the university community, stressing their role in building an academic community dominated by respect and responsibility.
