Under the patronage of the President of Basra University (Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi), the Deanship of the College of Fine Arts - University of Basra announces the launch of the first edition of the International Electronic Festival of Puppet Theater
Under the title: “Puppet Theater with an Educational and Social Structure in the Face of Corona” for the period from 2/6/2020
Therefore, the Supreme Committee of the Festival invites all Iraqi, Arab and international theater groups specialized in producing puppet theater performances to participate by sending their shows to the following link for a period of up to (25/5/2020)

Conditions of participation for offers:
 The presentations must be in the classical language.
Presentations are not less than 5 minutes and do not exceed 15 minutes.
 That the subjects of the performances be (social, scientific, educational) and away from politics, sectarianism or racism
It is preferable to produce topics related to the current situation in which the whole world is living (quarantine, ban, health protection, social distancing ... etc.).
 The show should be produced with high accuracy and sound quality, and with sending the work the names of the theatrical staff should be mentioned.
