To the graduate students of the numbered

Based on the letter of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research no. (1210-27046) dated 4/3/2026, which contains the controls for the return of graduate students to their study seats, students wishing to return should review the scientific departments to submit return applications, and they will be considered by the relevant formations according to two axes:

The first axis:

(The numbered student enrolled in graduate studies for the first time did not previously benefit from Return controls)

The conditions of Return are reviewed as stated in the ministerial book of the first axis, and as indicated in the announcement of the controls for returning to graduate seats / the first axis in the link attached below, which includes the following texts : 
A. Failure in the second round.
P. Failure in the comprehensive exam.
T. Failure to complete the research within the prescribed period and extensions.
W. Termination of the relationship due to non-nomination of the thesis/dissertation for discussion by the two scientific experts.

The second axis:

(The registered student who benefits from the controls of returning to the seats of graduate studies more than once)

The conditions of Return are reviewed as stated in the ministerial book of the second axis, and as indicated in the announcement of the controls for returning to graduate seats / the second axis in the link attached below, the texts of which include the following:

The competent committee considers applications for the return of students who have registered their restrictions according to the instructions of this axis and the forms of the return request and pledge are according to the form on the last page of the return regulations, starting from the first of April-٢٠٢٦ until the first of July. This includes students whose enrollment has been upgraded for the following reasons:

A. The student who previously benefited from the return controls.
P. Failure to start studying after postponement.
T. The student withdraws from the study after the period specified for the start under the application and admission controls.
W. Failing more than half of the subjects in the first semester.
C. Not to bring the study leave within the period specified for it within the application and admission controls.
H. Absence (both at the preparatory stage and at the final exams of the first and second semesters).
X. Failure in the second round.
Dr. Failure to complete the research within the prescribed period and extensions.
Y. Failure in the comprehensive exam.
R. Withdrawal due to appointment.
G. Termination of the relationship due to non-nomination of the thesis/dissertation for discussion by the two scientific experts.
S. Termination of the relationship due to failure to complete a drug test.
Sh. Termination of the relationship due to non-completion of security clearances for application and acceptance.
P. Cancellation of admission due to violation of the condition that the parents of both (Dean/assistant dean/head of department and faculty members in the relevant scientific department) are not allowed to apply for graduate studies in the same department/College during their assignment period.
