The College of Fine Arts hosted the exams of the University Festival of Fine Arts, which is held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul-Saheb, and which will be held for the period from 11-28 to 12-2-2021 with the large participation of Iraqi public and private universities.
The festival included the opening ceremony under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, President of the University of Basrah, followed by the practical tests for the students participating in the planning competition, where the Great Exhibition Hall at the College of Fine Arts hosted talented students under the supervision of the technical committee formed to follow up the tests.
It is worth noting that this festival is held annually by the Supervisory and Scientific Evaluation Authority, the Student Activities Department in the Ministry
