The university choral ensemble affiliated to the Faculty of Fine Arts - Department of Musical Arts celebrated the opening ceremony of the University Festival of Fine Arts, which is held by the Supervisory and Evaluation Authority - Student Activities Department under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Saheb.
The band presented many Iraqi traditional songs and chants, which won the audience's approval.
It is worth mentioning that the university choral troupe was established in the Faculty of Fine Arts in the current year, and it is an academic singing troupe that aims to revive the Iraqi lyrical heritage and preserve the artistic taste with a committed aesthetic character.
