the fourth school theater festival. The festival’s activities were launched today, Monday, 28th of this month, and in the central theater hall in the College of Fine Arts. The festival included the reading of the anthem. After that, the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Prof. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani, gave his speech in which he praised the efforts of the organizers and organizers of the festival, stressing the importance of openness to all segments of society and providing fruitful works that contribute to human building and the importance of the education lesson The founder and director of the festival, Prof. Dr. Saif Al-Din Al-Hamdani, stressed the importance of the festival and the transformation of the academic lesson into a practical and practical reality to benefit it.The community, especially school students and children, because most of the shows included a theme and educational ideas that simulate the theatrical theme of the curricula and present scientific and educational ideas. The rapporteur of the Art Education Department, M.M. Fadia Aqeel, said that the festival continues with its performances for the fourth year in a row, as it embraces 17 theatrical works between school theater performances and plays. Educational and others directed to the child, all of which carry educational connotations through which we seek not to deliver our messages in an aesthetic theatrical manner
The Dean of the College of Fine Arts honored the preparatory committee for the festival, thanking all those who contributed to this theatrical event
After that, the preparatory committee announced the start of theatrical performances, and the first show was entitled (Cleanliness), followed by the play (The Mother) and another show called (The Rectangle’s Return), and the festival concluded with a play on the festival’s diaries.
It is worth mentioning that the festival will run for the period from 28-30 of this month, and 17 theatrical performances are participating in the governorate’s schools.
