The opening of a laboratory (the art of digital painting) at the College of Fine Arts, University of Basrah, as part of our development program for infrastructure in the college to be the first laboratory in Iraq
 The laboratory uses digital technology in the creative process within one of the most important methods of contemporary art and will be run by professors who have experience in this field to provide specialized lessons.
Digital art is now widely used in advertisements, illustrations, media, films, cinematic effects, animation and visual effects, as well as being used as a technological alternative to the art of drawing in all its forms and schools.
The laboratory provides a qualitative opportunity for professional and non-professional artists to develop their skills in this field
