The official announcement was made for the shortlist of the Times Higher Education Awards (Oscar of Higher Education) for the best 8 universities in Asia in the field of arts among (508) international universities competing, and the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra will be present at the ceremony that will be held in (Japan) on 31- 5-2022 for its pioneering project (Tamkeen)
To enter history for the second time in a row and compete with major international universities.
Note that the College of Fine Arts is the first college in Iraq to enter this classification and compete for victory
