The thesis presented by researcher Wasfi Faleh Obaid Al-Fadhli included an attempt to cover extensively an art that the cultural and academic institutions in our country lacked to address and access and to know the factors that establish its emergence and development. Some founders of the art of animation and some of the owners of scientific innovations that contributed to its maturity were mentioned.
The thesis discussed the issue of the reasons that contributed to the adoption of this art by some countries of the world and the retreat of other countries from it and to see the reasons behind it
