On Monday morning, 01/21/2019, the President of Basra University, Prof. Dr. Sajid Hassan Al-Nur, visited the College of Fine Arts.

He was received by the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Assistant Professor Dr. Farzdaq Qasim.

 The visit included reviewing the organization of the halls and the pattern of the exam questions

On the sidelines of the visit, Al-Nour put forward some proposals and observations that would emphasize (application of quality standards) in the current examination process.

 He also added, stressing the self-education of the student. It is not limited to a lecture

 (Scientific - or theoretical), as he is charged with searching for information, especially after the availability of communication means, open libraries and other educational means (audio - visual), especially in the development of educational technology, as it is an effective tool to help the student as it provides him with the ability to creativity and excellence
