The two teaching , Dr. Firas Jamil, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the College of Fine Arts at Basra University, and Dr. Saif al-Din Abdul-Wadud, Head of the Art Education Department, participated in the activities of the symposium held by the Presidency of Basra University on Saturday 5/1/2019 under the title (Governmental Performance and Ways to Advance It) within The university's activities in community service, and the lecture was attended by Prof. Dr. Kamal al-Basri, during which he addressed the most prominent problems and obstacles facing the developmental government performance, stressing the importance of advancing the living reality in terms of levels of public, health, agricultural, educational and industrial services
