The two teaching (MD Hala Hassan) and (M. Iqbal Jassim) from the Department of Theatrical Arts of the College of Fine Arts participated in a training program set up by the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at the University of Basra for the period from 12-26 / 25 in partnership with the Innovation Visions Company for Training and Development And administrative services, where the program included defining the art of management, the requirements and components of good management, the qualities of a successful manager, how to hold meetings and write reports, and the aim of them is to prepare successful administrative figures who deal according to modern scientific foundations in managing institutions and their departments and building relationships between the manager and his subordinates
