The thesis aims to reveal the idea of employing the mask for its magical, aesthetic and expressive dimensions and the ability to hide the entire face or part of the face and transform from one character to another and to show a new identity that the artists took in their subjects The thesis concluded that the mask played a function that the artist worked on from the psychological aspect and the employment that he took in his experience through the psychological emotions that man sometimes expresses about his psychological feelings.
