A teacher in the Department of Musical Arts at the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Qais Odeh Al-Kinani, published his seventh book entitled (The Audio Equalizer), which is a reading and analysis of the music of the Iraqi theatrical performance, in which he dealt with several chapters and axes, including shedding light on the problem of employing world music in the theater Al-Iraqi, considering that the theatrical idea requires a new musical idea that is commensurate with the idea and theme of the theatrical show.
The book discussed the axis of the functioning of soundtracks in the Iraqi theater and how it is compatible with the theatrical performance.
 The book seeks to confirm the importance and role of music in the Iraqi theater, which is one of the theaters that left a clear imprint on the Arab arena.
