The Division of Continuing Education in the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra, in cooperation with the Psychological Counseling Unit in the College and the College of Arts, held an attendance seminar on (harassment between effects and punishments)
The symposium, which was prepared by Assistant Lecturer Alia Abdul-Zahra Ali, in charge of the Psychological Counseling Unit in the college, included an explanation of the long-term psychological and social effects of this negative behavior, as well as an explanation of the penalties for the harasser in Iraqi law.
The symposium aims to provide advice and guidance in order to protect students so that they can confront and take caution from these negative behaviors.
