The Division of Continuing Education in the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra held a seminar on (Women's Theater)
The symposium prepared by M. M. Rasha Raad and moderated by M. M. Saja Yasser included an important explanation about the importance of women’s theater and its active role in society.
The symposium aims to draw attention to the vital roles of women within the theatre. There are many women thanks to them. The theater today as we know it has become different from its Greek beginnings, a theater in which women stand as writers, directors, actresses, critics, technicians and administrators.
