Under the auspices of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and the support of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani, and within the mission of the College of Fine Arts to open up to society and build bridges of cooperation.
The College of Fine Arts, University of Basra, received the students of Abi Al-Khasib High School for outstanding students, where the visit included a group of activities and events, and a visit to the departments of the college, starting with the Department of Fine Arts, and visiting all branches of the department. With the aim of sharing it with the students and motivating them to continue their tour to the rest of the departments and parts of the College of Fine Arts Then, the audio-visual department station showed a cinematic film produced by the department for students’ applications in their cinematic presentations, to conclude their visit to the central theater hall and watch the applied laboratory performances of the Department of Performing Arts.
The accompanying staff expressed their happiness and gratitude for the initiatives, events and hospitality offered by the College of Arts
The College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra continues to receive all institutions and talented students from the governorate's schools to develop and support talents and build bridges of cooperation for all segments of society.
