Under the auspices of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and the support of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani, and within the mission of the College of Fine Arts to open up to society and build bridges of cooperation.
The College of Fine Arts, University of Basra, received the distinguished high school students of Basra. Abdul Halim Ahmed and Mr. Ali Hashem, where he presented a group of compositions and songs dealing with the Iraqi heritage in order to share it with the students and motivate them, then followed by a visit to the Department of Fine Arts, the Sculpture Branch, as well as the Department of Art Education, to continue their tour to the rest of the departments and parts of the College of Fine Arts.
