Under the auspices of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision and support of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani
The College of Fine Arts, Basra University, Department of Fine Arts, held a planning exhibition for the students of the first stage. The exhibition, which was held in the Grand Exhibition Hall in the College of Fine Arts, included more than 100 works of art using lead and charcoal materials.
The completed works of art varied, and their subjects derive from reality, portraiture, still life, and model.
The exhibition aims to highlight the artistic productions, and it is the result of a joint effort by the supervising professors, M. Dr. Raed Hassan Shri, M. Zain Al-Abidin Qais, and M. M. Firas Abdul-Jabbar, who presented their visions and knowledge and artistic experiences.
