Under the auspices of the President of Basra University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision and support of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani.
Today, Sunday, May 7, 2023, the College of Fine Arts, Basra University, Department of Fine Arts, held a personal exhibition for students Bassam Jassem, Zina Osama and Zainab Ibrahim, under the supervision of Dr. Asmaa Samir, Head of the Fine Arts Department. More than 35 artworks executed in oil colors, graphics, and layouts, and dealt with various topics derived from the school of realism, surrealism, orientalism, and portraiture.The exhibition was inaugurated by the administrative assistant, Dr. Jalal Abdel-Saheb, accompanied by the scientific assistant, Prof. Dr. Tahrir Ali Hussein. The exhibition was attended by Dr. Asma Samir, Head of the Fine Arts Department, and a group of professors and students of the Faculty of Fine Arts.
