The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, approved the calculation of the academic year 2022/2023 as a year of non-failure for students whose records have been upgraded for the aforementioned academic year exclusively in the preliminary morning and evening governmental and private studies for all academic levels.
