Referring to the book of the prime minister, which is based on the book of His Excellency the minister of higher education and scientific research, by setting up complaint boxes for citizens and employees in all centers and universities of Iraq.
The Citizens Affairs Division of the presidency of the University of Basra, under the guidance of the president of the University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, set up the complaints fund of the minister's office at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra to convey all the suffering and problems of employees and citizens and develop appropriate solutions for them to serve the public interest.
