The minister of Education calls on those with high rates to enroll in management and economics specialties and confirms that their outputs are given preference in the employment file

The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, called on graduates of preparatory studies with high rates to enroll in management and economics specialties at universities.

This came in his speech during the special ceremony on the occasion of the seventy-five anniversary of the establishment of the Faculty of management and economics at the University of Baghdad, where he explained that the Ministry of higher education and scientific research is beginning to implement its first procedures related to the file of admission to universities for the academic year 2024/2023, calling on students to enroll in the disciplines of management and economics to give the required impetus to work in the public and private sector.

The minister of education continued in his speech that these important specialties, which are provided by public universities in particular, their outputs are given preference in the employment file.

 For their part, the president of the University of Baghdad, Dr. Munir al-Saadi, and the dean of the Faculty of administration and economics, Dr. Sabah manfi, said that the specificity of these scientific fields, which vary between Economics, Business Administration, statistics, accounting, public administration, industrial management, financial and banking Sciences, gains its importance from its connection with many fields of work in state institutions and the private sector fields.

The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, concluded the ceremony by honoring a group of scientific and professional figures who graduated from the Faculty of management and economics and made a positive contribution to their academic career.
