The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, urged academic research centers to develop their research and scientific contribution and provide solutions that serve the fields of development.

During his visit to the psychological research center, the minister of Education said that the importance of these centers, their research and scientific studies lies in the success of their application and contribute to finding academic development spaces in specialized research fields such as psychological, social, medical, engineering and Environmental Sciences.

He explained that the Iraqi academic institution has fifty-eight research centers operating in various scientific and humanitarian fields, as well as more than sixty service centers in public and private universities, which makes it qualified to employ research and its results in community service and staff qualification and development.

The minister of Education inspected the building of the psychological research center and reviewed its scientific environment, pointing out the importance of the vital role of these centers in order to serve the community and strengthen the requirements of scientific and academic work.
