In order to break the irrigation bottlenecks and facilitate the entry and exit of vehicles at the Karma Ali site at the University of Basra, as of Monday, 18/9/2023, it was decided to::-
 
1. Admission is allowed only for vehicles from the university gate near Bnei Skien and is available at all times.
2. The main gate karma Ali gate will be available for the entry and exit of vehicles at all times. 
3. The Academy gate is available for entry only from seven in the morning until nine in the morning, the rest of the times it is an entrance and exit gate at the same time. 
4. The highway gate is accessible for vehicle entry and exit at all times.
