Dr. Qais Odeh Qasim, lecturer from the Department of musical arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Basra, participated as a member of the judging committee for the Iraq Youth Theater Festival, the seventh session, and for the period from 1-5 /10 /2023
Organized by the Cultural Art Foundation in cooperation with the Ministry of youth and sports, it has participated in more than nine theatrical performances representing most of the governorates of Iraq 
The festival stressed the support of young people to promote the Iraqi theatrical reality
This festival is one of the most important festivals held inside Iraq as it emphasizes the support and stimulation of youth energies.
