Under the patronage of the president of the University of Basra A.Dr. Saad Shahin Hammadi, under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, A.M .Dr. Ali Abdullah al-Kanani.
As part of the directives of the presidency of the University of Basra to open up to the community and out of cooperation between academic institutions, the Department of plastic arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts participated in the Plastic exhibition and free drawing workshop held by the Faculty of treasures University on the College Gardens at its new location.
The participation included the presentation of a group of artistic works that embody national solidarity with the Palestinian cause under the supervision of teacher Dr. Raed Hassan Shree, head of the plastic arts department, and several distinguished students who participated in this workshop and expressed their ideas and artistic visions in direct plastic works and drawing figures from the audience.
