The division of continuing education at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra, in cooperation with the Department of Art Education, organized a dialogue seminar on the importance of art in building a civilized society in the presence of a group of students and faculty members.
The seminar presented by M.Dr. Aliya Jabbar Sahim and interviewed M.Dr. Ali Najm Abdullah referred to the importance of art in building society, about its role and importance in creating a conscious and educated generation that contributes to building society through art, its various tools and purposes and various multiple fine arts such as music, drawing, calligraphy, theater, literature and others.
The seminar aims at the need for developed countries to pay attention to the practice of Arts and the dissemination of culture because it has a positive and clear impact on building developed societies reflected in the development of this country as a result and method.
