Under the patronage of the president of the University of Basra, professor Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, assistant professor Dr. Ali Abdullah al-Kanani.
 The women empowerment division at the Faculty of Fine Arts was held under the supervision of Mrs. Khadija Shoukry Faisal, the division's head, and in cooperation with a team, and then the cultural festival of the martyrdom of Mrs. Fatima Zahra, peace be upon her, was guided by the dean of the faculty and a gathering of teachers, staff and students.
The festival began with the recitation of any of the wise dhikr, followed by the audience reader Haider Mohsen al-Bazouni, and then the reading of Surah Al-Fatiha on the soul of Mrs. Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and the martyrs of Iraq.after that, His Eminence Sheikh abdulreda maash ascended the podium, freshening the place with his beautiful words, advice and guidance to students, citing lessons and lessons from the biography of Al-Zahra (peace be upon her).
