Under the patronage of the president of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and the support of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, assistant professor Dr. Ali Abdullah al-Kanani, and within the mission of the Faculty of Fine Arts to open up to the community and build bridges of cooperation 
The Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Basra, received the children of Alam sesame kindergarten
 The visit included a series of activities and events and a visit to the Departments of the college, starting from the Department of Plastic Arts, where they were received by the head of the Department of plastic arts, M.Dr. Raed Hassan Shree and Scientific Assistant A.M.It was a special experience for them because of the active participation of children and their artistic experience with the students of the Department of plastic arts, followed by a visit to the Department of musical arts, and the students of the Department presented a set of pieces and songs related to the Iraqi heritage in order to share with the children and motivate them to continue their tour to the rest of the departments and throughout the Faculty of Fine Arts.
The kindergarten children also presented several individual and group events with the professors of the Department of Performing Arts, where A.M.The accompanying staff expressed his happiness and gratitude for the initiatives, events and hospitality provided by the Faculty of Arts 
The Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra continues to receive all talented institutions and students from the schools of the province to develop and support talents and extend bridges of cooperation to all segments of society.
