The teaching  in the Department of Fine Arts - College of Fine Arts - University of Basra, Dr. Nasser Samari, received an invitation from the organizers of the Balqa Forum in Jordan to participate with a group of Arab and foreign artists. Samari said that his participating work represents within the limits of personal experience as well as representing Iraq in this forum, which would reflect The level of development of the Iraqi artist with the ranks of Arab and world artists through researching the Iraqi plastic work. He added that the rooting of this comes through Arab participations, thus separating the technical level, the objective dimension, the development and originality of Iraqi painting
