His doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the liberal University examined the contemporary global formation - a critical study
The thesis presented by the researcher Muthanna Fawzi Abdul Hussein aims to study the concept of liberalism in terms of its comprehensiveness and the abundance of philosophical and economic theories.
The dissertation included a comprehensive study of the concept of liberalism, how liberalism freed the artist from restrictions, its most important data in the art of World formation, its philosophical concept and the principles of neoliberal thought.  
The thesis concluded that liberalism worked to open up the artist's horizons by gaining complete freedom, which produced various artistic achievements in its employment and intellectual presentation.
