Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra, accompanied by the head of the plastic arts department, teacher Dr. Raed Hassan Shree, visited the training course for the wounded of the Popular Mobilization (rehabilitation by Art) in cooperation with the Jafar Al-Tayar (P) rehabilitation complex at the presidential palaces complex.
The visit aims to activate the Strategic Projects Plan and draw future plans for joint cooperation between the Faculty of Fine Arts and the Jafar Al-Tayar Center in the Popular Mobilization.
For his part, the dean thanked the teaching Masters from the Departments of plastic arts and art education for their cooperation and providing technical lessons that would raise the morale and artistic spirit of the participants and was keen to honor the wounded crowd participating in the qualifying session for their artistic works in a short period and the establishment of an art exhibition in the near future including their works participating during the session.
