A master's thesis at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra examined ceramic cutters for interior spaces in Iraqi architecture (applied proposals).
The thesis presented by the researcher Qahtan zahrao Sultan aims to reveal the mechanism of applying ceramic cutters for internal spaces in Iraqi architecture for the time period (2023-2024).
The thesis included the design and implementation of ceramic partitions used in the interior spaces of Iraqi architecture based on the elements of composition and design characteristics and its basis.
The thesis concluded that the active and important role of geometric shapes in achieving formal semantic systems for the ceramic cutter gives it several meanings with an open interpretive space.
