A master's thesis in the College of Fine Arts at Basra University discussed the levels of character building in Kazem Hajjaj's plays - a comparative study.

The letter presented by researcher Alaa Ahmed Abdel Wahid contained four chapters.

The first chapter contains the methodological framework, the second chapter contains the theoretical framework. The third chapter contains the procedures and the fourth chapter contains the results and conclusions.

I showed the importance of the research .. The character is an important and main element of the theatrical construction through which the ideas, attitudes and treatments that the playwright wants to convey to the recipient are clear, and the importance of the character in the theatrical work emerges from the fact that it has a clear and unique specificity in the live and direct embodiment of action and the making of the theatrical event before the audience. Contrary to the rest of the dramatic characters that remain static and without a physical presence, as is the case, for example, in fictional characters and other narrative characters.

The research aims to shed light on the theatrical texts chosen by the researcher for the writer and poet Kazem Hajjaj, and to show the levels of building their characters by conducting a comparative study between different characters in different texts.

The research recommended .. The dramatic character is the theatrical character in general in the various Arab international theatrical texts, and the dramatic character in particular in the texts of the writer Kazem Hajjaj in particular.
