Under the patronage of the president of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad Kazim, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, the esteemed. The Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra – educational guidance unit organized a seminar entitled The awareness behavior of the university student and its positive impact on society. 
The seminar aims to encourage students to adhere to uniform and regular attendance, in addition to promoting a set of good behaviors that students should follow on campus, in conjunction with the start of the new academic year.
The seminar presented by teachers from the art education department included an explanation of some practical experiences of former students who succeeded in achieving a balance between study and good behavior, which provoked a remarkable interaction among the attendees. It also included an open dialogue session in which views and ideas were exchanged on how to promote a positive university culture.
