A master's thesis in the College of Fine Arts at Basra University examined the intellectual and aesthetic visions in the work of Basra artists

The thesis presented by student Miyad Musa Hasan included four chapters. The first chapter dealt with interest in the intellectual and aesthetic systems that achieve the intellectual / aesthetic discourse of the artistic work. As for the second chapter, the researcher tried to focus on the intellectual dimension by relying on the importance of imagination in enriching the artist’s thought. The third is to focus on the role of women in the international plastic scene, then move to the plastic scene in the city of Basra. The fourth chapter includes results, conclusions, recommendations and proposals.

The message aims to focus on the city of Basra specifically to reveal the intellectual and aesthetic dimensions that accompanied plastic artists in the production of their works.
