Under the patronage of the president of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad Kazim, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, the esteemed. The Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra – division of Continuing Education organized a seminar on food health and safety.
The seminar aims to introduce the importance of food and the pollutants that affected it and increase the awareness of the individual to prevent diseases.
The seminar presented by the teaching staff included M.Dr. Sara Salem Mohammed explained about the pollutants that affect food and cause diseases to humans, what are the safety and hygiene measures to prevent diseases and the impact of climate change on animal health, animal production and human health.
