Under the patronage of the president of Basra University, Dr. Muhannad Jawad al-Asadi, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed.
The Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra, Department of Plastic Arts, organized an art exhibition for the evening study students entitled martyrs of the axis، 
Which was opened by the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, in the presence of Mr. Maytham Jabbar from the Basra provincial council and others.
The exhibition aims to highlight the academic artistic products, display them and encourage students to a good artistic product under the supervision of M.M. Haider Karim Dyer.
The exhibition included a number of artworks of paintings executed in oil paints, pencils and other materials with themes related to the heroes and martyrs of the axis.
