I searched a master's thesis in the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Basra (the technique of coloring bubbles on the surface of the glazing)
The thesis presented by the student Soadd Ayed Abd Ali included four chapters. The first chapter contained the research problem, the importance of research, the objectives of the research, the importance of research and the need for it, and the definition of terms and their definition.
While the second chapter (the theoretical framework and previous studies) came, and it included three sections
The first topic deals with the study of the unit of formula in terms of temperature, glaze, luster, and the reactions that occur during burning pottery and glazing
As for the second study, it included coloring oxides and pigments
The third included the techniques of coloring and glazing
The third chapter shows the application of the bubble coloring technique to two sedimentary clays, from Basra (Al-Harith) and from Babylon (Al-Mahawil).
As for the fourth chapter, it includes two axes: the results axis and their discussion and the conclusions axis
The aim of the thesis was to apply the technique of coloring bubbles to the surface of the glazing. The researcher used a borax glaze
Among the most important conclusions reached by the research: 0
01 The study revealed that the application of the bubble technique depends on the amount of oxide percentage added in the foamed solution and on all sample samples.
02 The emergence of a difference in the size and number of bubbles, according to the force of the air inside the container
03 Iron oxide showed a weak response to the color effect on the ceramic surface
