Under the patronage of the president of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad Kazim, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, the Department of plastic arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts organized the first personal exhibition of the student Ala Mohammed, under the title "passion", in the Great Exhibition Hall of the Department.
The exhibition was opened by the administrative assistant of the college, assistant professor Dr. Oras Jabbar Suhaim, in the presence of a number of faculty teachers, staff and students, who expressed their admiration for the outstanding works of art presented by the student reflecting her passion and creativity.
The exhibition aims to highlight the artistic products created by the student during the past months, as it included a set of paintings that were executed using multiple methods of drawing, including the use of charcoal pencils, pencils, soft and dry, which added variety and aesthetics to the works on display.
The exhibition included paintings that dealt with various topics that merge artistic expression and delicate feeling, highlighting the student's ability to embody ideas in an innovative style that reflects her artistic development and deep connection with the art of painting under the supervision of Dr. Mohannad Abdullah.
