Under the patronage of the president of the University of Basra, Dr. Muhannad Jawad al-Asadi, and under the direct supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, and the Student Activities Committee at the college, and the preparation and organization of the assistant teacher Ali al-Salhi.
The matches of the five-a-side football tournament-Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Basra, which brought together the teams of the Department of plastic arts and the Department of Performing Arts, ended with the latter winning the penalty shoot-out Championship Cup.the two teams were honored with awards and the Championship Cup by the Supervising Committee of the Championship and the Deanship of the college.
